Customers must use these products and services lawfully, responsibly, and within the scope of the applicable license.
You may not use MyLinkInBio products or systems in a way that:

2. Unlawful Activities
You may not use MyLinkInBio products, services, accounts, software, or systems to engage in, promote, facilitate, or knowingly support unlawful activity.
This includes using our services for:
Fraud
Identity theft
Financial crimes
Unauthorized access to computer systems
Distribution of illegal content
Intellectual-property infringement
Deceptive business practices

Other activity prohibited by applicable law
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably determine that our services are being used for unlawful purposes.

Privilege escalation

Security-token theft
Unauthorized administrative access
Attempts to obtain another customer’s account information
Security research or testing of MyLinkInBio systems requires prior written authorization unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
4. Malware and Malicious Code
You may not use MyLinkInBio products or services to create, distribute, upload, install, transmit, or facilitate:
Malware
Viruses
Trojans
Ransomware
Spyware
Keyloggers
Malicious scripts
Backdoors
Botnets
Credential-stealing software
Destructive code
Other malicious software
You may not intentionally modify a MyLinkInBio product to introduce malicious functionality.
5. Security Interference
You may not interfere with or attempt to disable security mechanisms used by MyLinkInBio.
This includes attempting to:
Disable authentication
Bypass account protections
Circumvent security controls
Disable fraud-prevention systems
Manipulate permissions
Evade rate limits
Interfere with security logging
Disable security monitoring
Circumvent access restrictions
You may not intentionally test the limits of our security systems without authorization.
6. License Verification and Activation Systems
MyLinkInBio may use license keys, domain activation, product validation, update authorization, download authorization, or other technical licensing controls.
You may not:
Circumvent license verification
Disable license verification
Modify software to bypass activation
Forge license information
Generate unauthorized license keys
Manipulate activation requests
Manipulate domain information to obtain unauthorized activations
Circumvent activation limits
Circumvent download restrictions
Interfere with license servers
Falsify license status
Use another customer’s license without authorization
Develop or distribute tools intended to defeat our licensing systems
Attempting to circumvent licensing systems may result in suspension or revocation of the applicable license or account.
7. License Sharing
License keys are intended only for authorized use under the applicable license.
You may not:
Publicly share license keys
Give license keys to unauthorized persons
Sell license keys
Rent license keys
Lease license keys
Publish license keys
Post license keys in public forums
Include license keys in publicly accessible repositories
Use a single-site license on multiple unauthorized production websites
If you believe a license key has been compromised, contact support@mylinkinbio.com.
8. Domain License Abuse
Certain MyLinkInBio licenses may be associated with a specific domain.
Where domain transfers are permitted, they are intended to accommodate legitimate circumstances such as changing the domain associated with the licensed website.
You may not repeatedly transfer or rotate one license among:
Multiple unrelated websites
Multiple businesses
Multiple customers
Multiple client projects
Multiple production environments
for the purpose of avoiding the purchase of additional licenses.
9. Unauthorized Redistribution
You may not redistribute MyLinkInBio paid digital products except where expressly authorized.
This includes:
Website templates
Plugins
Software
Installation packages
Migration packages
License files
Premium documentation
Protected downloads
Other licensed digital products
You may not upload these products to:
Public file-sharing websites
Template marketplaces
Plugin marketplaces
Software repositories
Cloud folders made publicly accessible
Forums
Social media groups
Download websites
Peer-to-peer networks
Other unauthorized distribution channels
10. Resale and Commercial Exploitation
Unless expressly permitted under a separate written agreement or applicable license, you may not:
Resell MyLinkInBio templates as template products
Resell MyLinkInBio plugins
Resell license keys
Sell access to your customer account
Rent your account
Sell protected downloads
Bundle our products for resale
Operate a competing template marketplace using our products
Present MyLinkInBio software as software you independently developed
Charge others for unauthorized access to our licensed products
Website designers or agencies may use a properly licensed product for an authorized client website where permitted by the applicable license, but each website must have the appropriate license.
11. Account Resale and Sharing
Customer accounts are intended for the customer or authorized organization that created or purchased the account.
You may not:
Sell your MyLinkInBio account
Rent your account
Lease your account
Provide unauthorized access to your account
Share account access to circumvent licensing restrictions
Transfer an account for the purpose of reselling purchased products
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
12. Fraudulent Transactions
You may not use MyLinkInBio for fraudulent payment activity.
This includes:
Using stolen payment information
Using payment information without authorization
Creating accounts using false identities for fraudulent purposes
Manipulating checkout systems
Exploiting pricing errors
Fraudulently obtaining discounts
Manipulating coupons
Fraudulently disputing authorized transactions
Attempting to obtain products without legitimate payment
Suspected fraudulent transactions may be canceled, investigated, or reported to the appropriate payment provider or authorities where appropriate and legally permitted.
13. Chargeback Abuse
Customers retain all legitimate rights available through applicable law and their payment providers.
However, knowingly filing a false or fraudulent chargeback for an authorized digital purchase may constitute abuse of our services.
Where permitted by law, MyLinkInBio may suspend associated:
Accounts
Downloads
Licenses
Plugin updates
Support
Other licensed services
when payment for the applicable product has been reversed.
14. Scraping and Automated Data Collection
You may not use automated systems to access, scrape, extract, copy, or collect protected MyLinkInBio content or data in a manner that violates applicable law, bypasses technical restrictions, materially burdens our systems, or infringes our rights.
Prohibited automated activity may include:
Unauthorized scraping
Automated harvesting
Mass extraction of product information
Automated copying of templates
Automated extraction of proprietary documentation
Harvesting customer information
Harvesting email addresses
Automated attempts to discover license keys
Circumventing access restrictions through bots
Excessive automated requests that interfere with service availability
Ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines that complies with our technical instructions is not prohibited by this section.
15. Excessive Automated Requests
You may not use bots, scripts, crawlers, automated software, or other mechanisms in a way that creates an unreasonable or disproportionate burden on MyLinkInBio systems.
We may implement:
Rate limits
Request limits
Bot protection
CAPTCHA
Authentication requirements
Temporary blocks
Other reasonable technical protections
to maintain platform security and availability.
16. API Use
If MyLinkInBio provides access to an API, integration endpoint, webhook, or other programmatic interface, you must use it according to the applicable documentation and authorization.
You may not:
Exceed applicable rate limits
Circumvent API restrictions
Share private API credentials
Attempt unauthorized API access
Use APIs to obtain protected information
Manipulate API requests to bypass licensing
Interfere with API availability
Use an API for unlawful activity
Attempt to discover another customer’s credentials or data
We may limit, suspend, or revoke API access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse.
17. AI Services
MyLinkInBio may provide AI-assisted functionality including:
Customer-support chatbots
Product assistance
Search assistance
Recommendations
Automated responses
Content assistance
Other AI-powered functionality
Users may not intentionally abuse these services.
18. AI Service Abuse
You may not use MyLinkInBio AI features to:
Attempt to obtain another customer’s private information
Attempt to obtain passwords or authentication credentials
Attempt to obtain license keys belonging to another customer
Circumvent security controls
Circumvent licensing systems
Generate or facilitate malicious code intended to attack our systems
Conduct automated attacks
Overload AI services with abusive automated requests
Manipulate AI systems to access restricted internal information
Attempt to expose system prompts, private configuration, credentials, secrets, or protected internal information
Use AI functionality for unlawful activities
Impersonate another person for fraudulent purposes
MyLinkInBio may implement usage limits and other safeguards for AI-powered services.
19. AI Output and Automated Decisions
AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
You may not intentionally manipulate AI systems for the purpose of causing harm to MyLinkInBio, another customer, or a third party.
MyLinkInBio may monitor AI service usage to the extent permitted by applicable law and described in our Privacy Policy for purposes such as:
Security
Abuse prevention
Troubleshooting
Service improvement
Fraud detection
Quality assurance
20. Reverse Engineering
To the extent permitted to restrict such activity under applicable law and applicable software licenses, you may not:
Reverse engineer
Decompile
Disassemble
Decode
Attempt to derive proprietary source code
Circumvent technical protection measures
for the purpose of:
Circumventing licensing
Defeating activation systems
Creating unauthorized copies
Redistributing our products
Accessing protected systems
Creating a substantially competing product through unauthorized copying of protected proprietary elements
Nothing in this policy prohibits reverse engineering or interoperability activities that applicable law expressly permits and does not allow us to restrict.
Nothing in this section limits rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.
21. Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not use MyLinkInBio services to infringe the intellectual-property rights of MyLinkInBio or others.
This includes unauthorized use of:
Copyrighted content
Trademarks
Software
Website templates
Photographs
Graphics
Videos
Written content
Branding
Other protected materials
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to content uploaded to their websites.
22. Impersonation and Misrepresentation
You may not use MyLinkInBio products or services to:
Impersonate another person
Impersonate another business
Falsely claim to represent MyLinkInBio
Falsely claim to be an authorized MyLinkInBio partner
Falsely claim ownership of MyLinkInBio products
Misrepresent your identity for fraudulent purposes
Create deceptive accounts
Mislead users regarding the origin of MyLinkInBio software
Use of MyLinkInBio products does not authorize you to represent yourself as an employee, agent, partner, or official representative of MyLinkInBio.
23. Spam and Abusive Communications
You may not use MyLinkInBio systems to distribute:
Unsolicited bulk communications
Spam
Phishing messages
Fraudulent messages
Malware links
Credential-stealing messages
Deceptive communications
You may not intentionally abuse our customer-support systems through automated spam, malicious attachments, repeated fraudulent submissions, or attacks.
24. Interference With Other Customers
You may not intentionally interfere with another customer’s ability to use MyLinkInBio.
This includes:
Accessing another customer’s account
Interfering with another customer’s license
Attempting to deactivate another customer’s product
Stealing credentials
Accessing private support information
Disrupting another customer’s website through our systems
Attempting to obtain another customer’s order information without authorization
25. Customer Data and Privacy
You may not use MyLinkInBio systems to unlawfully collect, process, disclose, or misuse personal information.
Customers who collect personal information through websites created using MyLinkInBio products are responsible for determining and complying with privacy, data-protection, cookie, marketing, and other laws applicable to their own businesses.
Purchasing a MyLinkInBio template does not automatically make a customer’s website legally compliant.
26. Website Content Responsibility
Customers are responsible for content they publish through websites using MyLinkInBio products.
MyLinkInBio does not control customer websites merely because those websites use one of our templates or plugins.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their website content, products, services, advertising, and business practices comply with applicable law.
27. Attempts to Circumvent Usage Restrictions
Attempting to circumvent this Acceptable Use Policy is itself prohibited.
For example, you may not:
Create additional accounts to evade a suspension
Use alternate domains to circumvent license restrictions
Use proxies solely to evade security restrictions
Manipulate technical identifiers to avoid enforcement
Use another person’s account to bypass restrictions
Create automated systems intended to defeat usage limits
28. Security Monitoring
To protect MyLinkInBio and its customers, we may use reasonable security systems to detect:
Fraud
Unauthorized access
License abuse
Suspicious account activity
Excessive automated traffic
Malicious requests
Security attacks
Unauthorized product distribution
Monitoring will be conducted subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
29. Investigation of Suspected Abuse
If we reasonably suspect a violation of this policy, we may investigate.
An investigation may include reviewing relevant:

License activity

31. Immediate Suspension
We may take immediate action without advance notice where reasonably necessary to address:

Malware
Fraud
Stolen payment information
Credential theft
Deliberate license circumvention
Large-scale unauthorized redistribution
Serious threats to our infrastructure
Attempts to compromise other customers
Other malicious or unlawful activity requiring prompt action
Where appropriate, we may provide additional information after the immediate security risk has been addressed.
32. License Revocation
A MyLinkInBio license may be suspended or revoked for material violations of this Acceptable Use Policy or our Website Template & Plugin License Agreement.
Revocation may result in loss of access to:
License activation
Downloads
Product updates
Premium features
Support
Other licensed services
Revocation resulting from a customer’s material violation does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.
All refunds remain governed by our Digital Products Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
33. Reporting Security Issues
If you discover a potential security vulnerability affecting MyLinkInBio, please report it responsibly to:
Please provide sufficient information for us to understand and investigate the issue.
Do not exploit a vulnerability, access customer information, disrupt services, publicly disclose sensitive vulnerability details before reasonable remediation, or use a discovered vulnerability for personal or commercial gain.
34. Reporting Abuse
If you believe a MyLinkInBio account, product, or service is being used in violation of this policy, contact:

35. No Refund for Policy Violations
Suspension or termination resulting from a customer’s material violation of this Acceptable Use Policy does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
Digital product purchases remain subject to our Digital Products Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
36. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as MyLinkInBio introduces new:
Products
Plugins
APIs
AI features
Licensing systems
Customer tools
Platform functionality
Security measures
We may also update this policy to address changes in applicable law, technology, or security threats.
The current version will be posted on MyLinkInBio.com with an updated Last Updated date.
