Purchasing a MyLinkInBio product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the customer.
2. License to Use Purchased Products
Customers who purchase a MyLinkInBio digital product receive a limited license to use that product according to:

Non-exclusive
Non-transferable
Subject to applicable activation limits

Purchasing a product gives the customer the right to use the product within the permitted scope. It does not give the customer ownership of the product itself.
3. Website Template Ownership
MyLinkInBio website templates remain the intellectual property of MyLinkInBio and/or its applicable licensors.
Customers may customize a properly licensed template for the authorized website.
Permitted customization may include:
Business information
Logos
Images
Text
Colors
Fonts
Layouts
Products
Services
Navigation
Contact information
Other website content
Customizing a template does not transfer ownership of the original or underlying MyLinkInBio template.
4. Template Resale and Redistribution
Unless expressly authorized in writing, customers may not:
Resell MyLinkInBio templates
Redistribute MyLinkInBio templates
Give template files to another person
Publish template files for download
Upload templates to public file-sharing websites
Upload templates to marketplaces
Include templates in digital bundles for resale
Sell modified MyLinkInBio templates as standalone template products
Claim MyLinkInBio templates as their own original template products
Create a competing template marketplace using unauthorized copies of MyLinkInBio products
This restriction applies to both original and modified versions of the template to the extent permitted by applicable law and applicable licenses.
5. Client and Agency Use
A web designer, developer, freelancer, or agency may use a properly licensed MyLinkInBio template for a client website where permitted by the applicable license.
Unless a multi-site, developer, or agency license expressly states otherwise:
One website template license applies to one production website/domain.
A designer or agency may not use one single-site license to create multiple client websites.
Each additional production website requires the appropriate additional license.
6. MyLinkInBio Plugin Ownership
MyLinkInBio may develop and sell proprietary WordPress plugins.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and any applicable open-source licenses, MyLinkInBio retains its rights in proprietary elements of these plugins, including:
Branding
Proprietary interfaces
Premium functionality
License systems
Hosted services
Documentation
Distribution systems
Proprietary APIs
Product names
Other separately protected materials
Purchasing a paid plugin provides a license to use the product within the applicable license limits.
7. Plugin Redistribution
Unless expressly permitted by applicable law or an applicable open-source license, customers may not use MyLinkInBio proprietary rights to:
Resell proprietary paid plugin packages
Publicly distribute protected commercial downloads
Sell MyLinkInBio license keys
Share premium account access
Circumvent commercial licensing
Misrepresent a MyLinkInBio plugin as a proprietary plugin created entirely by the customer
Use MyLinkInBio trademarks or branding to market an unauthorized competing product
Nothing in this policy removes rights that an applicable open-source license expressly grants.
8. Open-Source Components
MyLinkInBio products may include or interact with software distributed under open-source licenses, including software within the WordPress ecosystem.
Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.
Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict rights that cannot legally be restricted under:
The GNU General Public License
Other applicable open-source licenses
Applicable law
However, open-source licensing of particular code does not necessarily grant rights to:
MyLinkInBio trademarks
MyLinkInBio branding
Product names
Hosted services
Customer accounts
License keys
Premium support
Proprietary documentation

Proprietary APIs

9. MyLinkInBio Trademarks and Branding
The MyLinkInBio name, logos, product names, service names, graphics, branding, and related identifiers may be protected by trademark, unfair competition, or other applicable laws.
Customers may not use MyLinkInBio branding in a way that falsely suggests:
Ownership
Sponsorship
Partnership
Endorsement
Employment
Agency
Official representation
Purchasing a MyLinkInBio product does not authorize a customer to represent themselves as MyLinkInBio.
10. No Removal of Branding or Notices Where Restricted
Customers may not remove, conceal, or alter copyright, trademark, licensing, or proprietary notices where those notices are required to remain under applicable law, license terms, or product-specific requirements.
Where a product permits removal or customization of visible branding, customers may do so according to the applicable product terms.
11. Customer-Owned Content
Customers retain ownership of original content they create or provide.
This may include:
Business names
Original logos
Original photographs
Original videos
Original graphics
Written content
Product descriptions
Service descriptions
Other original customer-created content
MyLinkInBio does not claim ownership of customer-created content merely because the content is used within a MyLinkInBio template or website.
12. Customer Responsibility for Content Rights
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all content they upload, publish, or distribute through their websites.
This includes rights relating to:
Copyright
Trademarks
Photography
Music
Video
Fonts
Graphics
Written content
Testimonials
Logos
Product images
Third-party branding
Publicity rights
Privacy rights
Other intellectual-property rights
Customers should not upload or publish content they do not own or have permission to use.
13. Demo Content
MyLinkInBio templates may include demo or placeholder content.
Demo content may include:

Other sample content
Customers may use demo content only to the extent that MyLinkInBio has the right to permit such use and subject to any applicable third-party license.
Customers are responsible for determining whether demo content should be replaced before publishing their website.
14. Third-Party Images, Fonts, and Assets
Some MyLinkInBio products may include or reference third-party:
Stock photographs
Fonts
Icons
Videos
Graphics
Libraries
Plugins
Software
Other assets
These materials may be subject to separate license terms.
Customers are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party license.
If a third-party license does not permit continued use for the customer’s intended purpose, the customer is responsible for replacing the asset or obtaining the appropriate license.
15. Support Portal and Knowledge Base Content
MyLinkInBio Support Portal and Knowledge Base content is provided for customer education and product support.
Unless expressly permitted, customers may not:
Republish entire Knowledge Base articles
Resell Support Portal content
Copy documentation into competing commercial products
Republish videos without authorization
Sell access to protected support content
Scrape protected Support Portal materials for unauthorized redistribution
Customers may use the materials internally to understand and operate properly licensed MyLinkInBio products.
16. Video Tutorials
Video tutorials created by MyLinkInBio may be protected by copyright.
Unless expressly permitted, customers may not:
Download and redistribute protected videos
Re-upload videos to another platform
Sell tutorial content
Use videos as part of a competing commercial course
Remove MyLinkInBio branding and republish the content as their own
Customers may view and use tutorials for their intended support and educational purpose.
17. Software and Source Code
Customers may not access or use proprietary MyLinkInBio source code beyond the rights provided by the applicable product license, open-source license, or applicable law.
To the extent legally permitted, customers may not reverse engineer proprietary systems for purposes including:
Circumventing license validation
Bypassing activation
Creating unauthorized copies
Extracting protected credentials
Accessing restricted systems
Creating unauthorized competing products through copying
Defeating security protections
Nothing in this section restricts lawful activities that cannot legally be restricted.
18. License Keys and Activation Systems
MyLinkInBio license keys, license databases, activation systems, update systems, and related licensing infrastructure are proprietary business systems.
Customers may not:
Generate counterfeit license keys
Sell license keys
Share license keys publicly
Circumvent activation limits
Disable license checks
Manipulate activation records
Falsify licensed domains
Interfere with license servers
Use another customer’s license without authorization
Develop tools designed to defeat our licensing systems
19. No Ownership Through Modification
Modification of a MyLinkInBio product does not automatically create ownership rights in the underlying product.
For example, changing:

Images
Fonts
Text
CSS
Layouts
Elementor structures
Plugin settings
Code
does not give the customer ownership of MyLinkInBio’s preexisting intellectual property.
Customers retain ownership only of their own original additions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content
MyLinkInBio may provide AI-assisted features.
Intellectual-property rights relating to AI-generated content may depend on:
Applicable law
The AI service used
The nature of the input
Third-party rights
Applicable service terms
Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-generated material before publishing or commercially using it.
MyLinkInBio does not guarantee that AI-generated output:
Is unique
Is copyrightable
Does not resemble third-party material
Is free from third-party claims
Is suitable for trademark registration
Is appropriate for commercial use
Customers should independently verify important intellectual-property rights before commercial use.
21. Prohibited Intellectual Property Uses
Customers may not use MyLinkInBio products or services to knowingly:
Infringe copyrights
Infringe trademarks
Misappropriate trade secrets
Violate publicity rights
Distribute pirated software
Sell counterfeit goods

Impersonate another brand

22. Reporting Copyright Infringement

Suggesting official partnership
Representing yourself as MyLinkInBio
Creating unauthorized reseller branding
31. Feedback and Suggestions
Customers may voluntarily submit:
Feature suggestions
Product feedback
Improvement ideas
Bug reports
General recommendations
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, submitting feedback does not create an obligation for MyLinkInBio to compensate the person providing it.
MyLinkInBio may use non-confidential feedback to improve its products and services without restricting the customer’s ownership of unrelated intellectual property.
Do not submit confidential third-party information through ordinary feedback channels.
32. Customer Websites Remain Customer-Controlled
A website built using a MyLinkInBio template is generally operated and controlled by the customer after installation.
MyLinkInBio does not claim ownership of the customer’s:
Business
Domain name
Customer data
Original branding
Original content
Original photographs
Original business materials
Use of a MyLinkInBio template does not make MyLinkInBio the owner or operator of the customer’s business website.
33. Intellectual Property and Website Accessibility
Website accessibility requirements do not transfer ownership of MyLinkInBio intellectual property.
Customers may make accessibility-related modifications to properly licensed products where permitted by the applicable license.
Customers remain responsible for the accessibility and legal compliance of their final websites as described in our Terms & Conditions and Support Policy.
34. Intellectual Property and Customer Modifications
Customers may create original additions or modifications to a licensed website.
However, ownership of customer-created additions does not grant the customer ownership of:
The underlying MyLinkInBio template
Proprietary plugin systems
MyLinkInBio branding
License systems
Preexisting MyLinkInBio materials
Rights in modifications are subject to applicable law and the licenses governing the underlying software.
35. Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights
