9. Counter-Notification

10. Restoration Following a Counter-Notification

12. Repeated Upload of Removed Material

Users may not intentionally re-upload or republish material that has been removed following a valid copyright complaint unless:

• A valid counter-notification process permits restoration

• A court or other appropriate authority has determined that the material may lawfully be used

• MyLinkInBio otherwise determines restoration is appropriate

Repeated attempts to evade copyright enforcement may result in account restrictions or termination.

13. False or Fraudulent DMCA Notices

Copyright complaints must be submitted in good faith.

MyLinkInBio may remove uploaded media that reasonably appears to violate another person’s copyright.

If MyLinkInBio provides:

• Public posts

users remain responsible for the content they publish.

The availability of a posting feature does not mean MyLinkInBio has reviewed or approved every submission.

19. User Responsibility for Uploaded Content

By uploading or submitting content, you represent that:

• Your use does not knowingly infringe another person’s copyright

• You have obtained required permissions or licenses

• You are legally permitted to submit the content

20. License Granted for Hosted User Content

21. Preservation of Evidence

When a copyright dispute is reported, MyLinkInBio may preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary for:

• Protecting the rights of users or MyLinkInBio

22. Disclosure of Information

MyLinkInBio may disclose information concerning a copyright complaint or affected account where:

• Required by valid legal process

• Necessary to administer the DMCA process

26. No Waiver of Rights
