A domain change is available for situations where the website is genuinely moving to a different domain. First deactivate or remove the existing connection from the current site or account area. Then activate the same license on the new destination.
This option is not needed for ordinary updates or customization on the registered site. If the old domain is no longer accessible, submit a support request with the order information so the activation can be reviewed.
