1. Wait several minutes; extraction and database stages can take longer without changing the percentage.
2. Confirm that the browser and internet connection are still active.
3. Use the on-screen resume option if it appears.
4. Check available hosting storage and PHP memory/upload limits.
5. Temporarily pause caching, firewall, or optimization tools that block long requests.
6. If the import still cannot continue, copy the customer-safe error message and submit a support ticket.

Never send a password, secret key, or complete server configuration in a ticket.
