This MyLinkInBio Affiliate Program Policy (“Affiliate Program Policy,” “Policy,” or “Agreement”) governs participation in the affiliate program offered by MyLinkInBio.com (“MyLinkInBio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By applying for, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the MyLinkInBio Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”), you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with this Policy and all other applicable MyLinkInBio terms and policies.

The Affiliate Program allows approved participants to promote eligible MyLinkInBio products and potentially earn commissions on qualifying purchases attributed to their approved affiliate account.

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, joint venture, or representative relationship between the Affiliate and MyLinkInBio.

1. Affiliate Program Eligibility

To participate in the MyLinkInBio Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;

• Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;

• Provide accurate registration information;

• Provide valid payment and tax information where required;

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations;

• Comply with this Affiliate Program Policy;

• Maintain an account in good standing; and

• Receive approval from MyLinkInBio where approval is required.

Submitting an affiliate application does not guarantee acceptance.

2. Affiliate Application and Approval

MyLinkInBio may review affiliate applications before approving participation.

We may consider information such as:

• Website or business information

• Social media presence

• Audience

• Promotional methods

• Content quality

• Industry

• Marketing practices

• Previous affiliate activity

• Compliance history

• Other information reasonably relevant to the Affiliate Program

MyLinkInBio may approve or decline an application in its discretion, subject to applicable law.

3. Accurate Affiliate Information

Affiliates must provide accurate and current information.

This may include:

• Legal name

• Business name

• Email address

• Mailing address

• Payment information

• Tax information

• Website

• Social media accounts

• Promotional channels

• Other information reasonably necessary to administer the Affiliate Program

Affiliates are responsible for updating this information when it changes.

4. Affiliate Links

Approved Affiliates may receive a unique affiliate link, referral code, tracking identifier, or similar mechanism.

Affiliates should use the tracking method provided or approved by MyLinkInBio when promoting eligible products.

Affiliate links may be used on approved channels including, where appropriate:

• Websites

• Blogs

• Social media

• Videos

• Tutorials

• Educational content

• Email communications

• Other approved marketing channels

Use of affiliate links remains subject to this Policy.

5. Qualifying Purchases

A commission may be earned when:

1. A customer uses a valid affiliate link or other approved referral method;

2. The referral is properly attributed to the Affiliate;

3. The customer completes an eligible purchase;

4. Payment is successfully received;

5. The transaction is not fraudulent, canceled, reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back;

6. The order otherwise satisfies the Affiliate Program requirements; and

7. The Affiliate remains eligible for the commission.

Not every click, referral, registration, lead, or purchase necessarily qualifies for a commission.

6. Commission Rates

Commission rates may vary depending on:

• Product

• Promotion

• Affiliate level

• Affiliate agreement

• Campaign

• Product category

• Promotional period

• Other program conditions

The applicable commission rate will be communicated through the Affiliate Program, Affiliate dashboard, promotional materials, or another authorized MyLinkInBio communication.

MyLinkInBio may change commission rates prospectively upon reasonable notice where appropriate.

7. Commission Calculation

Unless otherwise stated, commissions are generally calculated using the eligible purchase amount actually received by MyLinkInBio, excluding amounts that are not commissionable under the applicable program rules.

Non-commissionable amounts may include, where applicable:

• Taxes

• Refunds

• Chargebacks

• Reversed payments

• Fraudulent transactions

• Canceled orders

• Credits

• Certain fees

• Non-eligible products

• Other excluded amounts identified by the Affiliate Program

The Affiliate dashboard or applicable program documentation may provide additional commission details.

8. Tracking and Attribution

MyLinkInBio may use:

• Cookies

• Referral parameters

• Affiliate IDs

• Referral codes

• Account attribution

• Server-side tracking

• Other tracking technologies

to determine whether a transaction is attributable to an Affiliate.

Tracking may be affected by circumstances including:

• Cookie deletion

• Browser privacy settings

• Ad blockers

• Different browsers

• Different devices

• Customer actions

• Tracking restrictions

• Technical failures

• Another affiliate referral

• Other circumstances outside MyLinkInBio’s reasonable control

MyLinkInBio does not guarantee that every referral can be successfully tracked.

9. Attribution Window

Qualifying referrals may be subject to an attribution or cookie period established by MyLinkInBio.

The applicable attribution period may be displayed in the Affiliate dashboard or Affiliate Program information.

Unless MyLinkInBio expressly states otherwise, participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee permanent attribution of a customer to an Affiliate.

10. Multiple Affiliate Referrals

A customer may interact with more than one Affiliate before completing a purchase.

MyLinkInBio’s tracking system will determine attribution according to the Affiliate Program’s applicable attribution rules.

An Affiliate is not automatically entitled to a commission merely because the Affiliate previously communicated with, introduced, or referred a customer.

11. Commission Approval Period

Commissions may remain pending for a reasonable review period before becoming eligible for payment.

This allows MyLinkInBio to review transactions for:

• Fraud

• Payment completion

• Chargebacks

• Billing disputes

• Duplicate transactions

• Referral manipulation

• Affiliate Policy violations

• Other eligibility issues

A pending commission is not considered finally approved until MyLinkInBio’s applicable review process has been completed.

12. Commission Payments

Approved commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule and minimum payment threshold, if any, displayed in the Affiliate Program or communicated to the Affiliate.

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

MyLinkInBio is not responsible for payment delays caused by:

• Incorrect payment information

• Missing tax information

• Payment-provider restrictions

• Account verification requirements

• Banking delays

• Affiliate failure to provide requested information

• Other circumstances outside MyLinkInBio’s reasonable control

13. Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for determining and satisfying their own tax obligations arising from Affiliate Program earnings.

MyLinkInBio may request tax documentation or report payments to governmental authorities where required by applicable law.

Failure to provide legally required tax information may delay or prevent commission payments.

14. Refunds, Reversals, and Chargebacks

A commission is not earned on a transaction that is:

• Refunded

• Reversed

• Charged back

• Canceled

• Determined to be fraudulent

• Otherwise invalidated

If a commission has already been credited or paid for such a transaction, MyLinkInBio may, where permitted:

• Reverse the commission;

• Deduct it from future commissions;

• Offset it against an Affiliate balance; or

• Request repayment where appropriate.

MyLinkInBio’s Digital Products Refund & Cancellation Policy continues to govern customer purchases.

15. Self-Referrals

Unless MyLinkInBio expressly authorizes otherwise, Affiliates may not use their own affiliate links, codes, accounts, identities, businesses, payment methods, or related accounts primarily for the purpose of earning commissions on their own purchases.

Affiliates may not circumvent this restriction by using:

• Another email address

• Another account

• A family member

• A related business

• A controlled entity

• Another payment method

• Another device

• Other methods intended to disguise a self-referral

MyLinkInBio may cancel commissions associated with prohibited self-referrals.

16. Fraudulent Referrals

Affiliate fraud is prohibited.

Examples include:

• Fake customer accounts

• Stolen payment methods

• Unauthorized transactions

• Fabricated purchases

• Artificial referrals

• Bot-generated transactions

• Cookie stuffing

• Forced clicks

• Hidden affiliate links

• Misleading redirects

• Referral manipulation

• Commission manipulation

• Coordinated fraudulent purchases

Fraudulent commissions may be canceled and Affiliate accounts may be suspended or terminated.

17. Cookie Stuffing and Forced Tracking

Affiliates may not place MyLinkInBio affiliate cookies or tracking identifiers on a user’s device without a legitimate user interaction or other lawful and authorized basis.

Prohibited practices include:

• Cookie stuffing

• Invisible images used to force tracking

• Hidden iframes

• Automatic affiliate redirects without appropriate user action

• Forced clicks

• Misleading links

• Software that secretly inserts affiliate identifiers

• Other deceptive attribution techniques

18. Honest Promotion

Affiliates must represent MyLinkInBio products accurately.

Affiliates may describe their genuine opinions and experiences but may not knowingly make false or misleading claims regarding:

• Product functionality

• Website templates

• Plugins

• Pricing

• Discounts

• Licensing

• Support

• Refunds

• Compatibility

• Accessibility

• Legal compliance

• Website performance

• Business results

• Earnings

• Product availability

Affiliates should verify important product information through current official MyLinkInBio sources.

19. No Guaranteed Results Claims

Affiliates may not claim or imply that purchasing a MyLinkInBio product guarantees:

• Revenue

• Sales

• Leads

• Customers

• Website traffic

• Search-engine rankings

• Conversion rates

• Business growth

• Profitability

• Return on investment

• Any particular financial or business result

Affiliates may describe genuine personal experiences, provided those descriptions are truthful and not misleading.

20. Website Accessibility Claims

Affiliates may not represent or imply that a MyLinkInBio website template, plugin, Accessibility Tool, or other product automatically makes a customer’s website:

• ADA compliant

• WCAG compliant

• Section 508 compliant

• Legally compliant

• Certified accessible

• Guaranteed accessible

unless MyLinkInBio has expressly authorized the specific claim in writing and the claim is accurate.

The MyLinkInBio Accessibility Tool should be described as an accessibility assistance resource—not as an automatic legal compliance solution.

21. AI-Related Claims

Affiliates promoting MyLinkInBio AI-powered functionality may not falsely represent:

• AI capabilities

• Accuracy

• Automation capabilities

• Product functionality

• Privacy practices

• Security

• Guaranteed outcomes

Affiliates should not state or imply that AI-generated responses are guaranteed to be correct.

22. Required Affiliate Disclosures

Affiliates must clearly disclose their material relationship with MyLinkInBio when making endorsements or recommendations where required.

A disclosure should be reasonably noticeable and understandable to the audience.

Examples may include:

Affiliate Disclosure: I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.

I am a MyLinkInBio affiliate and may receive a commission from qualifying purchases.

Paid partnership with MyLinkInBio.

The appropriate disclosure depends on the promotional format and circumstances.

23. Disclosure Placement

Affiliate disclosures should be placed close enough to the endorsement or affiliate link that customers can reasonably understand the relationship before or while interacting with the recommendation.

Affiliates should not intentionally hide disclosures:

• Only in a footer

• Behind an obscure link

• At the end of lengthy content where unlikely to be noticed

• In difficult-to-read text

• Among excessive hashtags

• In a manner designed to obscure the relationship

The Affiliate is responsible for complying with applicable endorsement and advertising disclosure requirements.

24. Social Media Promotion

Affiliates may promote MyLinkInBio through social media provided they comply with:

• This Policy

• Applicable law

• Applicable platform rules

• Required advertising disclosures

Social media promotions should clearly communicate the Affiliate’s relationship with MyLinkInBio where appropriate.

25. Video Promotion

When promoting MyLinkInBio through video content, Affiliates should provide appropriate affiliate or sponsorship disclosures.

Depending on the circumstances, disclosure may be:

• Spoken in the video

• Displayed on screen

• Included near the affiliate link

• Included in the description

• Provided through another clear method

The Affiliate remains responsible for determining the disclosure appropriate to the applicable content and platform.

26. Email Marketing

Affiliates may use email to promote MyLinkInBio only when they have a lawful basis to send the communication and comply with applicable email-marketing requirements.

Affiliates may not:

• Send unlawful spam

• Use purchased email lists without appropriate rights

• Falsify sender information

• Use misleading subject lines

• Ignore legally required unsubscribe requests

• Falsely represent an email as being sent directly by MyLinkInBio

Unless expressly authorized, Affiliate emails must identify the Affiliate as the sender.

27. SMS and Messaging

Affiliates using:

• SMS

• MMS

• Text messaging

• Automated messaging

• Direct messaging

• Other electronic communication methods

are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent and complying with applicable communications laws and platform requirements.

MyLinkInBio does not authorize unsolicited or unlawful messaging.

28. Paid Advertising

Affiliates may use paid advertising to promote MyLinkInBio only in accordance with this Policy and any additional advertising rules communicated by MyLinkInBio.

Affiliates are responsible for their own advertising expenses.

MyLinkInBio is not required to reimburse advertising expenses unless expressly agreed in writing.

29. MyLinkInBio Brand Keyword Advertising

Unless expressly authorized in writing, Affiliates may not bid on or purchase paid-search advertising using MyLinkInBio trademarks or confusingly similar variations as keywords.

Restricted terms may include:

• MyLinkInBio

• MyLinkInBio.com

• Misspellings of MyLinkInBio

• Variations intended to capture searches specifically for the MyLinkInBio brand

MyLinkInBio may establish additional paid-search restrictions through the Affiliate Program.

30. Paid Search Advertisements

Unless expressly authorized, Affiliates may not create advertisements that could reasonably cause customers to believe the advertisement is an official advertisement operated directly by MyLinkInBio.

Affiliates should not:

• Impersonate MyLinkInBio

• Use misleading display URLs

• Misrepresent themselves as the official MyLinkInBio website

• Send users through deceptive redirects

• Misrepresent prices or promotions

31. Direct Linking From Paid Ads

MyLinkInBio may restrict Affiliates from sending paid-ad traffic directly to MyLinkInBio.com through an affiliate link.

Where such a restriction applies, Affiliates may be required to direct advertising traffic to their own legitimate website, landing page, video, review, or other approved content before referring customers to MyLinkInBio.

Applicable advertising rules may be updated through the Affiliate Program.

32. Domain Names

Affiliates may not register or use domain names that contain:

• MyLinkInBio

• MyLinkInBio.com

• Confusingly similar variations

• Intentional misspellings

• Other MyLinkInBio trademarks

in a manner likely to cause confusion regarding ownership, sponsorship, or affiliation.

33. Social Media Usernames

Affiliates may not create social media accounts or usernames that falsely appear to be official MyLinkInBio accounts.

For example, an Affiliate should not use names such as:

• Official MyLinkInBio

• MyLinkInBio Support

• MyLinkInBio Customer Service

unless expressly authorized by MyLinkInBio.

Affiliates may identify themselves as a MyLinkInBio Affiliate where appropriate.

34. Trademark Use

Approved Affiliates receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use approved MyLinkInBio names, logos, and promotional materials solely for authorized Affiliate Program promotion.

Affiliates do not acquire ownership of any MyLinkInBio trademark or branding.

35. Brand Guidelines

Affiliates must follow any brand guidelines provided by MyLinkInBio.

Affiliates may not:

• Materially alter the MyLinkInBio logo

• Create misleading variations of our branding

• Suggest ownership of MyLinkInBio

• Present themselves as MyLinkInBio employees

• Misrepresent the nature of the affiliate relationship

• Use MyLinkInBio branding in unlawful or misleading content

36. Approved Promotional Materials

MyLinkInBio may provide Affiliates with:

• Logos

• Banners

• Product images

• Screenshots

• Videos

• Product descriptions

• Promotional copy

• Affiliate links

• Other marketing assets

These materials may be used only according to the Affiliate Program and applicable brand requirements.

37. Product Pricing and Promotions

Affiliates should use current pricing and promotional information.

Affiliates may not:

• Invent discounts

• Advertise expired promotions as current

• Create unauthorized coupon codes

• Claim a product is free when it is not

• Misrepresent recurring charges

• Misrepresent product requirements

• Misrepresent what is included with a purchase

When pricing or promotional information changes, Affiliates are responsible for updating their content within a reasonable period.

38. Coupon and Discount Websites

Affiliates may not advertise unauthorized coupons, promotional codes, or discounts.

MyLinkInBio may establish separate eligibility or approval requirements for:

• Coupon websites

• Deal websites

• Cashback websites

• Loyalty programs

• Browser extensions

• Similar promotional services

Use of unauthorized coupon codes to obtain affiliate attribution may result in commission cancellation or Affiliate Program termination.

39. Browser Extensions and Software

Affiliates may not use browser extensions, applications, scripts, software, or similar technologies to automatically insert, replace, overwrite, or activate MyLinkInBio affiliate tracking without appropriate authorization and user action.

40. Content Standards

Affiliate content promoting MyLinkInBio must not contain or promote:

• Fraud

• Malware

• Phishing

• Illegal activity

• Intellectual-property infringement

• Deceptive advertising

• Impersonation

• Hate or discriminatory content

• Unlawful harassment

• Exploitation

• Other content that could reasonably create significant legal, security, or reputational harm to MyLinkInBio

MyLinkInBio may determine that certain promotional environments are inappropriate for its brand.

41. Reviews and Testimonials

Affiliates may provide genuine reviews and testimonials about MyLinkInBio products.

Reviews must reflect genuine opinions and experiences.

Affiliates may not:

• Create fake reviews

• Purchase fake reviews

• Fabricate customer experiences

• Use fictional AI-generated customers as genuine reviewers

• Misrepresent results

• Hide a material affiliate relationship where disclosure is required

Affiliate reviews and endorsements are also subject to applicable advertising and endorsement requirements.

42. AI-Generated Affiliate Content

Affiliates may use AI-assisted tools to help create promotional content, provided the resulting content complies with this Policy.

Use of AI does not excuse an Affiliate from responsibility for:

• Accuracy

• Advertising disclosures

• Intellectual-property rights

• Product claims

• Pricing information

• Licensing information

• Legal compliance

• Misleading statements

Affiliates should review AI-generated promotional content before publishing it.

43. Intellectual Property

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not transfer ownership of MyLinkInBio intellectual property.

MyLinkInBio retains applicable rights in its:

• Trademarks

• Logos

• Branding

• Product names

• Website content

• Product images

• Software

• Documentation

• Promotional materials

• Other protected content

Use of these materials is limited to the rights expressly granted through the Affiliate Program.

44. Affiliate-Owned Content

Affiliates generally retain ownership of their original content, subject to any separate agreement.

If an Affiliate provides MyLinkInBio with promotional content for reposting or marketing use, the parties may establish applicable usage permissions separately or through the submission process.

45. Confidential Information

Affiliates may occasionally receive information identified as confidential or that reasonably should be understood as non-public.

Affiliates may not improperly disclose confidential information, including:

• Non-public product information

• Security information

• Internal business information

• Private customer information

• Unreleased product information

• Private Affiliate Program information

unless disclosure is authorized or legally required.

46. Customer Information

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not automatically entitle an Affiliate to receive personal information about customers.

Customer information remains subject to MyLinkInBio’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.

Affiliates may receive limited information necessary to understand referral activity or commissions, subject to applicable law and program functionality.

47. No Access to Customer Payment Information

Affiliates do not receive customer payment-card credentials through the Affiliate Program.

Affiliates must not attempt to collect MyLinkInBio customer payment credentials on MyLinkInBio’s behalf unless expressly authorized through a separate written arrangement.

48. Affiliate Account Security

Affiliates are responsible for protecting:

• Affiliate account credentials

• Passwords

• Payment information

• Referral links

• Account access

Affiliates should notify MyLinkInBio if they believe their Affiliate account has been compromised.

49. Monitoring and Compliance

MyLinkInBio may monitor Affiliate Program activity for:

• Fraud

• Brand misuse

• Advertising violations

• Tracking manipulation

• Unauthorized promotions

• Disclosure issues

• Policy violations

• Security concerns

Affiliates may be asked to provide information about their promotional methods.

50. Commission Holds

MyLinkInBio may temporarily hold commissions where reasonably necessary to investigate:

• Fraud

• Chargebacks

• Suspicious transactions

• Policy violations

• Tracking manipulation

• Self-referrals

• Payment issues

• Compliance concerns

A temporary hold does not necessarily mean the Affiliate has violated this Policy.

51. Commission Reversals

MyLinkInBio may reverse commissions associated with:

• Refunded transactions

• Chargebacks

• Fraud

• Self-referrals

• Fake referrals

• Duplicate transactions

• Tracking manipulation

• Material violations of this Policy

• Transactions that otherwise do not qualify under the Affiliate Program

52. Suspension

MyLinkInBio may suspend an Affiliate account while investigating suspected:

• Fraud

• Abuse

• Security issues

• Policy violations

• Unlawful activity

• Misleading advertising

During suspension, commission payments may be temporarily held where reasonably necessary.

53. Termination

Either the Affiliate or MyLinkInBio may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program.

MyLinkInBio may immediately suspend or terminate an Affiliate for serious violations including:

• Fraud

• Fake transactions

• Cookie stuffing

• Payment fraud

• Unauthorized trademark advertising

• Intentional deception

• Spam

• Impersonation

• Material disclosure violations

• Security abuse

• Repeated Policy violations

• Other serious misconduct

54. Commissions After Termination

Following termination, legitimately earned and approved commissions may remain payable according to the Affiliate Program rules.

However, commissions associated with:

• Fraud

• Invalid transactions

• Self-referrals

• Chargebacks

• Tracking manipulation

• Material Policy violations

• Other non-qualifying transactions

may be canceled or withheld where permitted by applicable law.

Termination itself does not automatically convert fraudulent or otherwise invalid commissions into payable commissions.

55. Effect of Termination

After termination, the Affiliate must stop representing themselves as an active MyLinkInBio Affiliate.

Where requested, the Affiliate must discontinue use of:

• Affiliate links

• MyLinkInBio promotional materials

• MyLinkInBio trademarks

• MyLinkInBio logos

• Other materials provided solely for Affiliate Program participation

subject to any rights that survive under applicable law or separate agreements.

56. Independent Contractor Relationship

Affiliates participate as independent contractors.

Nothing in this Policy creates an:

• Employment relationship

• Agency

• Partnership

• Joint venture

• Franchise

• Fiduciary relationship

Affiliates do not have authority to enter into contracts, make commitments, provide warranties, issue refunds, or create obligations on behalf of MyLinkInBio.

57. Affiliate Expenses

Affiliates are responsible for their own:

• Advertising expenses

• Websites

• Software

• Equipment

• Internet access

• Taxes

• Business expenses

• Marketing costs

• Other expenses

unless MyLinkInBio expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

58. No Guaranteed Affiliate Earnings

MyLinkInBio does not guarantee that an Affiliate will:

• Generate referrals

• Earn commissions

• Generate traffic

• Make sales

• Achieve a particular conversion rate

• Earn a particular amount of money

Affiliate results vary depending on numerous factors.

59. Affiliate Responsibility for Legal Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to their promotional activities.

This may include requirements concerning:

• Advertising

• Endorsements

• Affiliate disclosures

• Consumer protection

• Email marketing

• Text messaging

• Privacy

• Cookies

• Intellectual property

• Taxes

• Other applicable requirements

MyLinkInBio does not provide legal advice to Affiliates.

60. No Authority to Modify MyLinkInBio Policies

Affiliates cannot:

• Approve refunds

• Change license terms

• Extend support periods

• Change prices

• Promise discounts

• Waive product requirements

• Guarantee compatibility

• Modify MyLinkInBio policies

• Enter agreements on behalf of MyLinkInBio

unless expressly authorized in writing.

Official MyLinkInBio policies and product information control.

61. Customer Support

Affiliates may provide general information about MyLinkInBio products but should direct official customer-support matters to MyLinkInBio’s approved support channels.

Affiliates should not request customers’:

• Passwords

• Complete license keys

• Payment-card information

• API secret keys

• Private authentication credentials

for the purpose of providing unofficial MyLinkInBio support.

62. Changes to the Affiliate Program

MyLinkInBio may modify the Affiliate Program, including:

• Commission rates

• Eligible products

• Attribution rules

• Cookie duration

• Payment schedules

• Minimum payout thresholds

• Promotional rules

• Affiliate eligibility

• Program functionality

Changes will apply prospectively as communicated, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

63. Program Discontinuation

MyLinkInBio may discontinue the Affiliate Program where reasonably necessary.

If the Affiliate Program is discontinued, eligible commissions earned before the effective termination date will be handled according to the applicable Affiliate Program rules, subject to fraud review, reversals, chargebacks, and other applicable adjustments.

64. Disclaimer

The Affiliate Program is provided subject to applicable program terms and availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyLinkInBio does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, uninterrupted Affiliate dashboard availability, a specific number of referrals, or any particular amount of Affiliate earnings.

65. Limitation of Liability

66. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Affiliates agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from their own:

• Unlawful advertising

• Misleading representations

• Spam

• Intellectual-property infringement

• Privacy violations

• Unauthorized promotions

• Failure to make legally required disclosures

• Fraud

• Material violation of this Policy

subject to applicable law and the terms of any controlling agreement.

67. Governing Terms

This Affiliate Program Policy supplements the applicable MyLinkInBio Terms & Conditions and other policies.

If an Affiliate has a separate written agreement with MyLinkInBio addressing specific Affiliate Program terms, that agreement may control to the extent of an express conflict.

68. Severability

If any provision of this Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by applicable law.

69. No Waiver

Failure by MyLinkInBio to enforce a provision of this Policy on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.

70. Changes to This Affiliate Program Policy

MyLinkInBio may update this Policy as the Affiliate Program, our products, marketing practices, technology, or applicable requirements evolve.

Material changes affecting active Affiliates may also be communicated through the Affiliate dashboard, account email, or another appropriate method.

Continued participation after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
