4. Website Templates Are Premade Digital Products

MyLinkInBio website templates are premade digital products intended to provide customers with a starting point for creating a website.

A template may include:

• Design elements

• Elementor structures

• WooCommerce configurations

• Navigation

• Demo content

• Placeholder content

• Plugin configurations

• WordPress settings

• Other website components

Customers are responsible for customizing the template for their own business.

Purchasing a website template does not mean MyLinkInBio is creating a custom website specifically for the customer unless a separate custom-development agreement expressly states otherwise.

5. WordPress Is Required

MyLinkInBio website templates are designed for WordPress.

Customers are responsible for obtaining:

• Compatible WordPress hosting

• A domain name

• A WordPress installation

• Appropriate administrator access

• Any required third-party software or licenses

A MyLinkInBio template cannot operate independently of the technical environment required by that product.

6. Hosting Requirements

Customers are responsible for purchasing and maintaining compatible WordPress hosting.

Hosting is not included with a website template unless specifically stated otherwise.

The customer is responsible for:

• Hosting fees

• Hosting renewals

• Server requirements

• Storage

• Bandwidth

• SSL where required

• Hosting security

• Backups

• PHP configuration where applicable

• Other hosting-related requirements

MyLinkInBio may recommend hosting providers or provide setup guidance, but unless expressly stated otherwise, those hosting providers are independent third parties.

7. Elementor and Elementor Pro

Certain MyLinkInBio templates are designed using Elementor.

Some templates or functionality may require Elementor Pro.

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise:

Elementor Pro is not included with the purchase of a MyLinkInBio website template.

Customers are responsible for purchasing, activating, maintaining, and renewing any Elementor Pro license required for their website.

Elementor is an independent third-party product.

MyLinkInBio does not control Elementor’s:

• Pricing

• Licensing

• Features

• Updates

• Compatibility

• Availability

• Business practices

• Support

Changes made by Elementor may affect MyLinkInBio templates.

8. Complete WordPress Installation Format

Certain MyLinkInBio templates may be delivered as:

• Complete WordPress installations

• Migration packages

• Website backups

• Import packages

• Full-site installation packages

• Other similar formats

These products may contain more than individual page templates and may replace significant portions of an existing WordPress installation.

9. IMPORTANT — Existing Website Installation Warning

Installing a complete MyLinkInBio website template on an existing WordPress website may overwrite, replace, modify, or remove existing website information.

This may include:

• Images

• Themes

• Theme settings

We strongly recommend installing MyLinkInBio website templates on a new or clean WordPress installation whenever possible.

If you choose to install a template on an existing website, you accept responsibility for protecting the existing website and its data.

10. Backups Before Installation

Customers are responsible for creating and verifying a complete backup before:

• Importing a template

• Performing a migration

• Installing a full-site package

• Updating significant website components

• Making major website changes

MyLinkInBio is not responsible for customer data lost because the customer failed to maintain an appropriate backup, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

11. Demo and Placeholder Content

Templates may contain demonstration or placeholder content including:

• Addresses

• Products

• Prices

• Testimonials

• Services

Customers are responsible for reviewing and replacing demo content before publishing their website.

You should not assume that sample:

• Disclaimers

• Prices

• Business information

• Product information

• Images

• Legal language

are appropriate for your business.

12. Demo Images and Third-Party Assets

Some templates may include third-party assets, images, fonts, icons, libraries, or other materials.

Any such materials are provided only to the extent MyLinkInBio has the right to provide or sublicense them.

Certain third-party materials may be subject to separate license terms.

Customers are responsible for determining whether they have appropriate rights to continue using any third-party asset on their final published website.

13. Customer Content

Customers are responsible for content they add, upload, publish, import, or otherwise use with MyLinkInBio products.

This includes:

• Images

• Videos

• Audio

• Logos

• Trademarks

• Product information

• Customer information

• Marketing materials

• Other content

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use content you provide.

14. Paid Plugins Are Purchased Separately

A website template purchase does not automatically include paid plugins.

Unless expressly stated in the product listing:

Paid plugins must be purchased separately.

This includes:

• Elementor Pro

• Third-party premium plugins

• Premium extensions

• Other licensed software

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product requirements before purchasing a template.

15. MyLinkInBio Paid Plugins

MyLinkInBio may sell premium WordPress plugins separately from website templates.

Purchasing a website template does not automatically grant access to all MyLinkInBio plugins.

Each paid plugin is governed by:

16. Plugin Licensing

Customers may not exceed applicable activation limits.

17. License Keys

License keys may not be:

• Publicly shared

• Resold

• Third-party plugins

• Themes

• Elementor

• Elementor Pro

• WooCommerce

• PHP where applicable

• Other website software

Using outdated software may result in security, compatibility, or functionality problems.

20. Software Compatibility

MyLinkInBio attempts to maintain reasonable compatibility with supported WordPress environments.

However, the WordPress ecosystem changes continuously.

We cannot guarantee perpetual compatibility with every:

• WordPress version

• Elementor version

• WooCommerce version

• PHP version

• Theme

• Plugin

• Hosting provider

• Browser

• Server configuration

• Third-party service

21. Purchases

Before completing a purchase, customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Product descriptions

• Product requirements

• Licensing terms

• Hosting requirements

• WordPress requirements

• Elementor requirements

• Plugin requirements

• Compatibility information

• Refund policy

• Other relevant product information

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the applicable product information.

22. Pricing

Prices are displayed on MyLinkInBio.com and may change from time to time.

Price changes generally do not affect previously completed purchases unless related to a renewal, subscription, upgrade, or separately purchased service.

23. Payments

Customers agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.

A digital product is considered made available for delivery when access to the applicable download, license, account entitlement, or digital product has been provided to the customer.

25. NO REFUNDS — DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL

All MyLinkInBio digital product sales are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This applies to digital products including:

• Plugins

• Software

• Licenses

• Downloads

• Digital packages

• Other downloadable products

Because digital products may be made available immediately after purchase, they cannot be physically returned.

Refunds are not provided merely because a customer:

• Changes their mind

• Does not use the product

• Does not complete their website

• Purchases the wrong product

• Does not have compatible hosting

• Does not have WordPress

• Does not purchase Elementor Pro

• Does not purchase required paid plugins

• Does not understand WordPress

• Does not have sufficient technical knowledge

• Decides to use another platform

• Discontinues their business

• Does not like the template after obtaining access

• Experiences a third-party compatibility problem

• Fails to follow installation instructions

Legitimate duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, and rights that cannot legally be waived will be handled according to applicable law and our Digital Products Refund & Cancellation Policy.

26. Website Template License

Purchasing a MyLinkInBio website template gives you a license to use the product.

It does not transfer ownership of the underlying template or intellectual property.

Unless product-specific terms state otherwise:

One website template license authorizes one production website/domain.

Additional production websites require additional licenses.

27. Development and Staging Environments

Where technically supported, temporary use on:

• Local development environments

• Staging websites

• Development domains

may be permitted when those environments are being used solely to develop the same licensed production website.

A staging environment may not be used as a separate production website or to avoid purchasing another license.

28. Domain-Based License Activation

MyLinkInBio may associate a product license with a domain or WordPress installation.

Our licensing systems may process information such as:

• License identifier

• Product identifier

• Domain

• WordPress URL

• Activation status

• Activation dates

• Product version

• Technical information reasonably necessary for licensing

29. Domain Transfers

A customer may be permitted to transfer a license to another domain for legitimate reasons such as:

• Rebranding

• Changing a business domain

• Migrating the same website

Domain-transfer functionality is not intended to allow one license to be repeatedly rotated among unrelated production websites.

Additional websites require appropriate licenses.

30. Intellectual Property

MyLinkInBio and its licensors retain applicable intellectual-property rights in MyLinkInBio products and services, including:

• Website templates

• Proprietary software

• Proprietary plugins

• Designs

• Graphics

• Documentation

• Branding

• Logos

• Product names

• Website content

• Proprietary code

• Licensing systems

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of MyLinkInBio intellectual property.

31. License Restrictions

Subject to applicable law and applicable open-source licenses, customers may not:

• Resell MyLinkInBio templates as templates

• Redistribute paid MyLinkInBio products

• Publicly distribute protected product files

• Share license keys

• Sell license keys

• Circumvent activation systems

• Circumvent licensing restrictions

• Use one license for multiple unauthorized websites

• Package protected MyLinkInBio products for unauthorized resale

• Falsely claim ownership of MyLinkInBio intellectual property

32. Open-Source Software

MyLinkInBio products may contain or interact with software distributed under open-source licenses, including components within the WordPress ecosystem.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that an applicable open-source license expressly grants and that cannot be restricted by these Terms.

Restrictions relating to proprietary licensing, services, trademarks, support, updates, license keys, and MyLinkInBio-owned materials apply only to the extent legally permitted and consistent with applicable licenses.

33. Template Customization

Customers may customize a properly licensed template for the authorized website.

Customization may include changing:

• Colors

• Fonts

• Images

• Text

• Layouts

• Products

• Services

• Branding

• Other website content

Customer modifications may affect functionality, compatibility, performance, security, and accessibility.

MyLinkInBio is not responsible for problems caused by customer modifications except to the extent required by applicable law.

34. WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY RESPONSIBILITY

The accessibility of the customer’s final website is the customer’s responsibility.

MyLinkInBio provides website templates, plugins, software, and related tools that customers may use to create and operate websites.

Purchasing, installing, or using a MyLinkInBio website template or plugin does not constitute a representation, certification, warranty, or guarantee that the customer’s completed website complies with any particular accessibility law, regulation, guideline, or standard.

Customers are responsible for determining the accessibility requirements applicable to their:

• Website

• Business

• Industry

• Customers

• Location

• Jurisdiction

Depending on the circumstances, applicable requirements or guidance may involve:

• The Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”)

• Section 508, where applicable

• Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”)

• State accessibility requirements

• Local accessibility requirements

• International accessibility requirements

• Other applicable accessibility laws or standards

Customers should obtain appropriate professional or legal guidance where necessary.

35. Customer Accessibility Obligations

Customers are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accessibility of their final website.

This may include evaluating:

• Color contrast

• Text readability

• Font sizes

• Alternative text for images

• Form labels

• Form instructions

• Keyboard navigation

• Focus indicators

• Heading structure

• Link descriptions

• Button labels

• Menus

• Navigation

• Video captions

• Audio transcripts

• Documents

• Popups

• E-commerce functionality

• Third-party widgets

• Embedded content

• Other website functionality

Customers are responsible for determining whether accessibility testing, remediation, monitoring, or professional review is necessary.

36. Customer Modifications and Accessibility

A template’s accessibility can change significantly after customization.

For example, accessibility may be affected when a customer:

• Changes colors

• Changes fonts

• Reduces text sizes

• Replaces images

• Fails to provide alternative text

• Uploads inaccessible documents

• Adds videos without captions

• Modifies page structures

• Changes headings

• Adds forms

• Adds popups

• Installs plugins

• Adds third-party widgets

• Adds embedded content

• Adds custom code

• Changes navigation

• Modifies buttons or links

Because MyLinkInBio does not control these changes, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of a customer’s completed or modified website.

37. Third-Party Accessibility

MyLinkInBio does not control the accessibility of third-party products or services.

These may include:

• WordPress

• Elementor

• WooCommerce

• Third-party themes

• Third-party plugins

• Payment processors

• Booking systems

• Forms

• Video players

• Social media embeds

• Maps

• Chat systems

• External APIs

• Other integrated services

Customers are responsible for evaluating third-party services used on their websites.

38. No Accessibility Certification or Guarantee

Unless expressly purchased under a separate written agreement, a MyLinkInBio product purchase does not include:

• Accessibility certification

• ADA compliance certification

• WCAG compliance certification

• Accessibility audits

• Legal accessibility reviews

• Accessibility remediation

• Ongoing accessibility monitoring

• Screen-reader testing

• Manual accessibility testing

• Legal representation relating to accessibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyLinkInBio is not responsible for claims, complaints, demands, penalties, lawsuits, losses, or liabilities arising from the accessibility or alleged inaccessibility of a customer’s website merely because the website uses a MyLinkInBio product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

39. Customer Responsibility for Website Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for determining and maintaining the legal compliance of their final websites and businesses.

Depending on the business, website, users, and jurisdiction, this may include requirements relating to:

• Website accessibility

• Privacy

• Cookies and tracking technologies

• Data protection

• Consumer protection

• E-commerce

• Advertising

• Email marketing

• SMS marketing

• Intellectual property

Website maintenance is not included with a template purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.

41. Support

MyLinkInBio may provide product support according to our Support Policy.

Standard product support may include reasonable assistance with:

• Confirmed MyLinkInBio product bugs

Standard support does not generally include:

• Custom development

• Custom coding

• Full hosting administration

43. Acceptable Use

Termination does not transfer ownership of MyLinkInBio intellectual property to the customer.

47. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

However, knowingly filing a false or fraudulent chargeback for an authorized purchase may violate these Terms.

If payment for a digital product is reversed, MyLinkInBio may, where permitted by law, suspend:

associated with the reversed transaction.

49. No Guarantee of Business Results

MyLinkInBio does not guarantee that using a website template, plugin, website, AI feature, or other product will produce:

• Leads

• Revenue

• Search-engine rankings

• Advertising performance

• Conversion rates

• Customer growth

• Business success

• Legal compliance

• Accessibility compliance

Business results depend on numerous factors outside MyLinkInBio’s control.

50. Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYLINKINBIO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED, MYLINKINBIO DISCLAIMS EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYLINKINBIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyLinkInBio’s aggregate liability relating to a specific purchased product will not exceed the amount actually paid to MyLinkInBio for the product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits such a limitation.

52. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyLinkInBio and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from or relating to:

• Your website

• Your business activities

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of applicable law

• Your infringement of third-party rights

• Unauthorized use of our products

• Your modifications to our products

This section does not require indemnification to the extent prohibited by applicable law or to the extent a claim results from MyLinkInBio’s own conduct for which liability cannot legally be shifted.

53. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction identified by MyLinkInBio for its contracting business entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Important Customer Purchase Notice

Before purchasing a MyLinkInBio website template or plugin, please understand:

WORDPRESS:
MyLinkInBio website templates require WordPress.

HOSTING:
You are responsible for purchasing compatible WordPress hosting and maintaining your hosting account.

ELEMENTOR:
Certain templates require Elementor Pro. Elementor Pro must be purchased separately unless expressly stated otherwise.

PAID PLUGINS:
MyLinkInBio premium plugins and third-party paid plugins are separate purchases unless expressly included with a product.

INSTALLATION:
Certain templates are complete WordPress installations. Installing one on an existing website may overwrite existing website data.

BACKUPS:
You are responsible for creating a complete backup before installing a template on an existing website.

DEMO CONTENT:
You are responsible for replacing and reviewing demo images, text, contact information, pricing, policies, links, products, and other sample content before publishing your website.

UPDATES & MAINTENANCE:
You are responsible for maintaining WordPress, plugins, themes, Elementor, Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, hosting, backups, security, and other website software.

WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY:
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and maintaining the accessibility of your final website. Purchasing a MyLinkInBio template does not guarantee ADA, WCAG, Section 508, or other accessibility compliance.

WEBSITE LEGAL COMPLIANCE:
You are responsible for determining which privacy, cookie, accessibility, consumer-protection, e-commerce, marketing, industry-specific, and other legal requirements apply to your website and business.

SUPPORT:
Standard product support covers reasonable assistance with MyLinkInBio products. It does not include custom development, ongoing website maintenance, third-party software repair, accessibility audits, accessibility remediation, or legal compliance services unless separately purchased.

LICENSE:
Purchasing a template or plugin gives you a license to use the product according to the applicable license terms. It does not transfer ownership of the product.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS — FINAL SALE:
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
