License Agreement
Website Template & Plugin License Agreement
Effective Date: September 2, 2026
Last Updated: September 2, 2026
This Website Template & Plugin License Agreement (“License Agreement”) governs the licensing, installation, activation, use, updates, support, and restrictions applicable to website templates, WordPress plugins, software, license keys, and related digital products provided by MyLinkInBio.com (“MyLinkInBio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This License Agreement applies in addition to our Terms of Service / Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Digital Products Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, accessing, or using a MyLinkInBio website template, plugin, license key, software product, or other licensed digital product, you agree to this License Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not install, activate, or use the licensed product.
1. Ownership
All MyLinkInBio website templates, plugins, software, licensing systems, documentation, code, design elements, interfaces, and related digital products remain the intellectual property of MyLinkInBio and/or its applicable licensors.
Purchasing a MyLinkInBio product does not transfer ownership of the underlying product or intellectual property to the customer.
Your purchase provides a limited license to use the applicable product according to this License Agreement.
2. License Grant
Unless a product page, checkout page, or product-specific license expressly states otherwise, MyLinkInBio grants the customer a:
Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product only within the scope of the license purchased.
The permitted number of websites, domains, activations, installations, or users may vary depending on the product.
3. Website Template License
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a MyLinkInBio website template provides a license to use that template on:
One authorized production website/domain per purchased template license.
One license may not be used simultaneously on multiple unrelated production websites.
A separate license is required for each additional production website unless the applicable license expressly allows multiple websites.
4. Authorized Website Use
A customer may use the licensed website template to create and operate the website associated with the authorized domain.
Permitted uses may include customizing:
- Business name
- Logo
- Images
- Written content
- Colors
- Fonts
- Layouts
- Products
- Services
- Pricing
- Contact information
- Menus
- Forms
- Other website content
The customer may customize the template as necessary for the authorized website.
Customization does not transfer ownership of the underlying MyLinkInBio template.
5. Template Resale Is Prohibited
Unless MyLinkInBio provides written authorization, customers may not:
- Resell a MyLinkInBio website template
- Redistribute a template
- Give the template files to another person
- Upload the template to a marketplace
- Upload the template to a public download website
- Include the template in a template bundle
- Sell a modified version of the template as a template product
- Claim the underlying template as their original proprietary product
- Make the template available for public or private redistribution
This restriction applies to both original and modified versions of the MyLinkInBio template.
6. Client and Agency Use
Unless a separate agency, developer, or multi-site license is expressly offered, a standard single-site license applies only to one authorized production website.
If a web designer, developer, agency, or freelancer purchases a template for a client, the license applies to the specific client website for which it was purchased.
A developer or agency may not use one single-site license to build multiple client websites.
Each additional client website requires its own license unless a separate multi-site or agency license expressly permits otherwise.
7. Development and Staging Environments
Where technically supported, a customer may use a temporary staging, development, or local environment for the purpose of building, testing, or migrating the single licensed production website.
Temporary staging or development use does not authorize a second independent production website.
MyLinkInBio may use license-management systems to distinguish staging, development, and live domains where technically possible.
8. Domain-Based Licensing
Certain MyLinkInBio products may use domain-based license activation.
License validation may include information such as:
- License identifier
- Product identifier
- Authorized domain
- WordPress site URL
- Activation status
- Activation date
- Deactivation date
- Product version
- License status
- Technical information reasonably necessary to validate the license
This information may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Domain Transfers
A customer may need to change a licensed domain because of:
- Rebranding
- Domain migration
- Website replacement
- Business name change
- Development-to-production migration
- Other legitimate website changes
Where supported, MyLinkInBio may allow a customer to deactivate the license from the old domain and activate it on the new domain.
Domain-transfer functionality is provided for legitimate website migration purposes.
It does not authorize customers to repeatedly rotate one license between multiple independent websites, customers, businesses, or projects.
10. Website Template Installation Format
MyLinkInBio website templates may be delivered as:
- Complete WordPress installations
- Migration packages
- Backup packages
- Import packages
- Full-site installation files
- Other website deployment packages
Because certain products may contain a complete WordPress installation, installing a MyLinkInBio website template on an existing WordPress website may overwrite or replace existing data.
Customers are responsible for reviewing installation instructions and maintaining an appropriate backup before installation.
11. Existing Website Installation Warning
Installing a MyLinkInBio website template on an existing WordPress installation may alter, overwrite, replace, or remove existing:

- Other WordPress data
We recommend using a new or clean WordPress installation whenever possible.
If the customer chooses to install a template on an existing website, the customer is responsible for creating and verifying a complete backup first.
12. Demo Content License
Website templates may contain demo or placeholder content.
Demo content may include:
- Images
- Text
- Sample business information
- Sample products
- Sample services
- Testimonials
- Pricing examples
- Blog content
- Placeholder links
- Contact information
- Graphics
- Icons
- Other design or demonstration materials
Customers may use included demo content only to the extent that MyLinkInBio has the right to permit such use and subject to applicable third-party licensing restrictions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and replacing demo content with accurate, appropriate, and properly licensed content for their own business.
13. Customer Content
Customers retain ownership of their original content, including:
- Logos
- Business names
- Original text
- Original photographs
- Videos
- Product information
- Service information
- Original graphics
- Other customer-created materials
The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to use all content uploaded or added to the website.
14. Elementor Licensing
Certain MyLinkInBio website templates may use or require Elementor and/or Elementor Pro.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Elementor Pro is not included with a MyLinkInBio website template license.
Customers are responsible for separately obtaining and maintaining any required Elementor license.
MyLinkInBio does not grant any ownership or licensing rights to Elementor software beyond rights independently obtained by the customer.
15. Third-Party Plugins
MyLinkInBio templates may use third-party WordPress plugins.
Some plugins may be:
- Free
- Freemium
- Paid
- Subscription-based
- Licensed by another company
Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party paid plugin licenses are not included with the purchase of a website template.
Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any third-party plugin licenses required for their website.
16. MyLinkInBio Paid Plugins
MyLinkInBio may sell paid WordPress plugins separately from website templates.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Purchasing a MyLinkInBio website template does not include a license to separately sold MyLinkInBio premium plugins.
Each premium plugin must be purchased separately.
17. Plugin License Grant
Unless a product-specific license states otherwise, purchasing a MyLinkInBio paid plugin provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the number of websites or domains authorized by the license purchased.
Possible plugin license types may include:
- Single-site
- Multi-site
- Agency
- Developer

The permitted activation count will be identified on the applicable product page, account area, or license information.

- Support
- License validation
- Download access
- Other licensed functionality
License keys must remain confidential.
Customers may not share license keys with unauthorized users.
19. Plugin Updates
